The following is a powerful example of someone that we all are very familiar with who just would not quit and always envisioned his ultimate goal/WHY:

1831 - Failed in business.
1848 - Defeated for Congress.
1832 - Defeated for Legislature.
1855 - Defeated for Senate.
1833 - Second failure in business.
1858 - Defeated for Vice President.
1836 - Suffered a nervous breakdown.
1858 - Defeated for SENATE.
1840 - Defeated for elector.
1860 - ELECTED PRESIDENT.
1843 - Defeated for Congress.

Guess WHO?

Abraham Lincoln. Unbelievable, huh? Lincoln is one of the most highly-recognized presidents of the United States. Most people would have quit after just experiencing one of his defeats, but he persevered until he became the president of the United States. Lincoln’s failures made him one of the best presidents ever because he struggled all the way there. When an individual earns his/her position in the spotlight, they are full of pride and will do the best possible job. Abraham Lincoln’s stepping stones to the presidency empowered him to become a legend in U.S. history. You need to look at your own journey and see where you have failed in order to learn from the experience. Every failure makes you a stronger person and when you reach your pinnacle of success you will be the best there ever was because you earned the right to be there! I would suggest that you print out this article and read the story of Abe Lincoln while you are progressing on your journey, because you will be able to relate to the words defeat/failure. Abe Lincoln definitely knew what his WHY was! Do you truly know your Why? If not, then it would be a good idea to invest in my “Find Your WHY” CD. Every morning as you start your day, listen to the program and reread Abe’s story. This combination will ignite you to fight through whatever challenges you are presently facing as you endeavor to find your ultimate WHY!

Find Your Why NOW!
John Di Lemme

>>>Visit Motivation and Personal Development Blog here<<<
>>>Read Inspiration and Motivational Quotes here<<<

JOHN DI LEMME ON “FAILING ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP” (Part 1 of 2)

As I was thinking about the title of this writing, I said to myself, “The only way to title it is to be right to the point.” Every successful person has failed many more times than they have succeeded. Therefore the title...”FAILING ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP” is perfect. Being a person who is focused on personal goals in life and is mission-orientated, you will inevitably fail over and over all the way as you progress to fulfilling your WHY! The key is to truly understand that you WILL fail as you progress to the top. As soon as you realize every failure is a stepping stone to the top and that the more stones you have in place the higher your success level will be, then you will be on the right track. The following is a list of people we all know who are considered the top in their fields and all who failed many times but never quit. Always remember: winners never quit and quitters never win!

James Earl Jones once waxed floors to earn a living. JFK lost the election for freshman class president at Harvard. Walt Disney was dyslexic as a child, and his first cartoon production company went bankrupt. Dr. Seuss’s first book was rejected by 27 publishers, and he even considered burning the manuscript!

Jay Leno failed the employment test at Woolworth’s. John Grisham’s first book was rejected by sixteen agents and 12 publishers. Michael Jordan was cut from his high school’s varsity football team as a sophomore. John Di Lemme was a stutterer for many years of his life and is now an international, motivational speaker and strategic business coach that helps people achieve their dreams, goals and desires!

These are just a few examples among millions of people who overcame supposed “failures” and have gone on to being great successes. You need to ask yourself, “How strong is my WHY?” Can you endure the price you must pay in order to achieve your WHY?

Find Your Why NOW!
John Di Lemme

Visit our blog at www.ChampionsLiveFree.com and motivate yourself and try to earn with MLM Combat.

JOHN DI LEMME ON “THAT LITTLE BIT EXTRA...”

The “little bit extra” is a very powerful concept to put into practice today in every aspect of your life. The difference between being ordinary and being extraordinary is that little bit EXTRA. The little bit extra is what separates average performers from CHAMPIONS! In a sales process, the little bit extra is that one extra follow-up call, that extra sincere thankyou or the extra little bit of energy that you put into the presentation of your business. This will separate you from your competition. You can either go through the motions of your business or you can give that little bit extra in order to cement yourself in the mind of your potential customer. We all can relate to purchasing a product/service from someone who just gave you a little bit extra attention than their competitor did and THAT is the reason we bought from THEM!

When I personally coach someone, one of my key strategies is to move them to become champions in their field. One of the easiest ways is to show them the value of what a little extra eye contact with their prospects or customers brings. You need to look your prospect or customer directly in their eyes when you are presenting your business! This drives into them your confidence and conviction about what you and your product/service have to offer them. When I coach people, I tell them that the eye contact strategy alone will take them two steps ahead of their competition.

Remember, people will feed off your confidence from the look in your eyes. As you progress in your journey towards fulfilling your WHY, you need to constantly give that little extra! The true sign of a champion-to-be is just when it seems impossible for him/her to give that extra push; they dig deep down and give that little bit extra to fulfill their WHY! When I speak to groups, I train them to have the mindset of always giving a little bit more than their competitor. Over the long run, it will pay off big! A small improvement over a long period of time will produce outstanding results.

Now that you know the benefit of giving that little bit of extra effort, you need to ask yourself a question...”What can I do today and every day with a little more effort to move me to the champion level in my field?” You need to realize someone will be the champion in your chosen endeavor. Let me ask you a question, “Why not you?”

See you at the top!
Find Your Why NOW!
John Di Lemme

10 Secrets To Earn a Million Dollars in Network Marketing Guaranteed

The Audio Book of Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich

JOHN DI LEMME ON “REJECTION”

I am very enthused to address the topic of REJECTION! How you handle rejection is in direct proportion to how you maintain a persistent level of action in order to feel fulfilled and find your WHY in life. As a super-achiever in life (which means you have your WHY in place), you are driven to fulfill your personal goals set for you on a daily basis. In the course of this daily action, you will inevitably encounter rejection and the incredible power it exerts over you! Just when you are feeling great and your business is beginning to grow, you will experience rejection. Out of nowhere, it will slap you right in the face like an icy, cold wind from the Arctic, and your little voice inside begins to doubt whether or not you can really achieve what you initially set out for. YOU MUST LEARN TO LOVE REJECTION! You must become excited when you get rejected while, at the same time, you attempt to forge ahead!

The most successful people are those who have felt the pains of rejection, but because of their DETERMINATION they pressed onward and won the game. As you are building your business, you need to set a goal and continue toward it regardless of the degree of discomfort that rejection may be causing you! Rejection is an extremely negative force; therefore, it is to your benefit to channel this force to produce positive results!

Thomas Edison is famous for the 10,000 ways that a person couldn’t create a light bulb as a result of his numerous attempts to reach his goal – create a lightbulb! As we all know, he eventually succeeded. But rather than seeing his previous attempts as a negative force, he channeled all that he learned to produce the positive result of finally having reached his goal! You too will develop incredible character as you continue to build your business, REGARDLESS of the rejection that you will experience along the way. As a super-achiever, you will use your knowledge of rejection and its power to your advantage! EXPECT REJECTION, LOVE REJECTION, LEARN FROM REJECTION AND YOU WILL SUCCEED!

Motivating champions worldwide!
John Di Lemme

Visit LifeStyle Freedom Club

Get 177 Motivational Success Quotes

JOHN DI LEMME ON “IN SUCCESS LANGUAGE, FAILURE MEANS YOU ARE ALMOST THERE!”

I have to admit the title of this writing is OUTSTANDING! We all know as we are progressing towards our personal goals, dreams and aspirations that we will fail repeatedly, and then all of a sudden we achieve our ultimate outcome and attain our WHY in LIFE! As I state, “Each failure is a stepping stone to Success, which in turn will become a very long and lovely stone walkway into the castle of your DREAMS!” You must truly internalize the need to fail in life.

Most people fail more between the ages of 16-25 and then they don’t fail ever again in life, which means they never SUCCEED! You see, at the age 25 the majority of people lose their steam and decide to live a life instead of designing a lifestyle for themselves and their families. I am very proud to say that I have failed numerous times in my life. Just ask my parents, they will tell you ...”but John you went to college, just get a JOB!” As entrepreneurs, we all know that we never have jobs because whatever we do has our life-print on it, which represents our potential. The following is a list of people that we all know who failed before they succeeded. I cannot emphasize enough that you need to continue to try over and over until you succeed and realize that, as I’ve said before, “Each failure is a stepping stone to Success, which in turn will become a very long and lovely stone walkway into the castle of your DREAMS!” FAILURES...BUT NOT QUITE

• After Fred Astaire’s first screen test, a 1933 memo from the MGM testing director said, “Can’t act. Slightly bald. Can dance a little.” Astaire kept that memo over the fireplace in his Beverly Hills home.

• A relatively unsuccessful marketer of restaurant equipment, he didn’t sell his first hamburger until age 52. At a time when many people prepare for retirement, Ray Kroc built McDonald’s from a handful of hamburger stands into the world’s largest food chain.

• When his older brother was killed during WWII, he first withdrew into a shell. Then he began to listen to the radio to ease his pain. Soon he was dreaming about hosting his own radio show. That led Dick Clark to start American Bandstand.

• Walt Disney was fired by a newspaper for lacking ideas. He also went bankrupt several times before he built Disneyland.

The question that I have for you now is, “Do you realize how you must be proud of your failures because they really are successes?” Many of my workshop attendees have heard me say “...experience is what you receive when you do not achieve what you desire.” I suggest to print this out and put it on your desk where you can read this article every day and remind yourself about Fred Astaire, Ray Kroc, Dick Clark, and Walt Disney and say to yourself, “What is MY story going to be?” You need to fail in order to ultimately succeed in LIFE! After all, in success language, failure means you are almost there!

Find Your Why NOW !
John Di Lemme

________________
MLM Winners
Championship Motivation
